HRSFI_EXTRACT_CATLG - Run Extraction of Qualification Catalog

If you want to migrate the qualification catalog in your SAP ERP HCM system to SuccessFactors HCM Suite, you can use this utility report to download the qualification catalog in a file format whose data is in the specification expected by the standard SuccessFactors import functionality in the Provisioning/Admin tools.

This report is intended to be used once. If you re-export the qualification catalog, a warning message asks you to confirm whether you want to repeat the export. If you repeat the export, it must be imported to SuccessFactors; otherwise data inconsistencies can occur.

You can select multiple qualification groups for export. If the hierarchy of selection includes multiple qualification groups, they are ignored, and qualifications are exported as if they are attached to the top qualification group. For more information, see the report documentation.
