Activate the service HRSFI_QUALIFICATION_SRV in your SAP Gateway system as follows:

1. In Customizing, choose SAP NetWeaver → Gateway → OData Channel → Administration → General Settings → Activate and Maintain Services.
2. Choose Add Service.
3. Choose your system alias.
4. Choose Get Services and select the service.
