HRSFI_MAPIMP_VARPAY - Map Fields for Importing Variable Pay Data

In this Customizing activity, you define which variable pay data you want to import from SuccessFactors HCM Suite to the SAP ERP system and activate for payroll using the reports Import Variable Pay Data for Employee (RH_SFI_IMPORT_VARPY_DATA) and Activate Variable Pay Data for Employee (RH_SFI_ACTIVATE_VARPY_DATA).

For this, you first create a field set. You then create field mappings for this field set. For more information, see Field Set for Importing Variable Pay Data from SuccessFactors.

You have created the BAdI implementations that you want to use as activation types. For more information, see BAdI: Activation of Variable Pay Data Imported from SuccessFactors.

You have created the BAdI implementations that you use to also determine the data that is required to activate the imported compensation data. For more information, see BAdI: Customizing Field Mapping.

The example field set SAP_DEMO_VARPY_IMPORT consists of the following:

• Activation type: BAdI implementation HRSFI_VARPY_STD_ACTIVATION with filter SAP_VARPY_STD

• Field definitions: All fields that you need for bonus payment

When running the reports Import Variable Pay Data for Employee (RH_SFI_IMPORT_VARPY_DATA) and Activate Variable Pay Data for Employee (RH_SFI_ACTIVATE_VARPY_DATA), you enter the field set SAP_DEMO_VARPY_IMPORT on the selection screen for each report. The reports import and thereby activate all fields that you have defined using the field set SAP_DEMO_VARPY_IMPORT.
