HRSFI_REC_APPL_LOG - Evaluate Application Logs for Creating/Updating Job Requisitions in SFSF

In this Customizing activity, you evaluate application logs to check the messages that the following reports have stored there:

  • Migrate Existing Vacancies After Activating Job Requisition Transfer (RH_SFI_MIGRATE_VACANCIES)
  • Create and Update Job Requisitions in SuccessFactors (RH_SFI_TRIGGER_JOB_REQUISITION)

There is a general log with statistics for each run of the report. There is also an error log for each incorrect data record.

The error log of an incorrect data record is also linked to the corresponding record of the infotype SFSF Job Requisition (1107).

You have run the reports. For more information, see Specify Handling of Existing Vacancies During Data Transfer and Trigger Creation and Update of Job Requisitions in SuccessFactors BizX.

Evaluate the application logs for the object SFSF_INTEGR_BIZX.

You can delete the general log with the statistics after a certain period. You cannot delete the error logs. The error logs are deleted automatically, for example, in the following cases:

  • If the next data transfer is successful, the error message is deleted for this data record.
  • If the next data transfer is also incorrect, the error message is overwritten with a new error message.
