HRSFI_REC_CHKFLDSETS - Check Field Sets for Required Fields and Correct

In this Customizing activity, you check field sets to see whether all fields exist and are indicated as Required that the SAP ERP system requires to be able to import recruiting data from SuccessFactors BizX or to be able to transfer this data to SuccessFactors BizX. To do so, run the report Insert Required Fields in Field Sets and Check (RH_SFI_RECRUIT_REQ_FIELDS). For more information, see Insert Required Fields in Field Sets and Check.

Note

This report is also located in the user menu for the role SuccessFactors Integration: Recruiting (SAP_HR_SFI_RECRUITING).

In the Customizing activity Map SuccessFactors BizX Fields and SAP ERP Fields to Each Other there is also a function for checking field sets. In contrast with this function, the report RH_SFI_RECRUIT_REQ_FIELDS checks only whether all fields exist and are indicated as Required that the SAP ERP system requires. If fields or indicators are missing, the report adds them. The report does not perform additional checks.
