HRSFI_REC_CND_TMPLID - Enter ID of Candidate Template from SuccessFactors BizX

In this activity, you state which template you use for candidates in SuccessFactors BizX. The SAP ERP system needs this information to be able to transfer the user ID derived from the personnel number to the correct applicant in the SuccessFactors BizX system.

You have activated the function for transferring the user ID to SuccessFactors BizX. To do so, in Customizing for the integration add-on, under Integration Scenario for Recruiting Data -> Activate Additional Functions set the parameter CANDIDATE_UPDATE_ACTIVE to X.

In the Key column, select the entry CND_TMP_ID and, in the Candidate Template IDcolumn enter the ID of the template that you use in SuccessFactors BizX for the Candidate object. The ID has the structure Candidate$nnnn, where nnnn represents a four-digit number.

Perform this activity in Customizing as well as in live operations to specify each candidate template used.

This activity is located in the user menu for the role SuccessFactors Integration: Recruiting (SAP_HR_SFI_RECRUITING).
