HRSFI_REC_FLD_LABELS - Define Names of SuccessFactors BizX Fields

In this Customizing activity, you can specify headers and field labels for fields for recruiting that you transfer from SuccessFactors BizX to the SAP ERP system. In SuccessFactors BizX, the field names can have up to 255 characters. The SAP ERP system requires shorter versions of the field names to be able to display them.

The SAP ERP system uses the entries that you create in this Customizing activity on the following user interfaces:

• Application for the further processing of imported applications (transaction HRSFI_RCT_HIRE):

• Headers: Column headers in the table of transferred applications

• Field labels: Field names in the detail view

• Data overview as a PDF displayed in the transaction HRSFI_RCT_HIRE:

• Field labels: Field names in the list of fields transferred from SuccessFactors BizX

Headers can consist of up to 10 characters.

Field labels can consist of up to 40 characters.

Define the chosen headers and field labels for all SuccessFactors BizX fields that you want to display in transaction HRSFI_RCT_HIRE or in the data overview as a PDF document.
