In this Customizing activity, you specify whether the overviews of open SuccessFactors BizX job requisitions for the positions of an organizational unit and the SFSF Job Requisition tab are to be displayed in the following applications:

  • Create Organization and Staffing(transaction PPOCE)
  • Change Organization and Staffing(transaction PPOME)
  • Display Organization and Staffing(transaction PPOSE)

The HR Administrator can use the overviews to see which open job requisitions there are in SuccessFactors BizX for the positions of an organizational unit. He or she also has a structure view and list view available.

On the SFSF Job Requisition tab, the HR Administrator can check or edit records of the SFSF Job Requisition infotype (1107) for positions.

In the standard SAP ERP system, the overviews and the SFSF Job Requisition are not displayed.

To show the overviews, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose the subdialog Definition Scenario (Hierarchy Framework).
  2. Select the entry OME0 - Organization and Staffing.
  3. Choose the subdialog Definition Request.
  4. Choose New Entries and enter the following:
Structure View:
  • Scenario: OME0

  • Request of Hierarchy Framework: SFSF REQUISITION

  • Name: SFSF Job Requisition (Structure)

  • Service of First Interface Object: SFSF REQUISITIONS

  • Service of Second Interface Object: No entry

  • Tab: No entry

List View:
  • Scenario: OME0

  • Request of Hierarchy Framework: SFSF REQUISITIONS (LIST)

  • Name: SFSF Job Requisition (List)

  • Service of First Interface Object: SFSF REQUISITIONS (LIST)

  • Service of Second Interface Object: DETAIL (GENERAL)

  • Tab: No entry

Note
Make sure that you enter the text exactly as stated above in the field Service of First Interface Object. The name may differ from that stated above.

To show the SFSF Job Requisition tab, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose the subdialog Definition Scenario (Hierarchy Framework).
  2. Select the entry OME0 - Organization and Staffing.
  3. Choose the subdialog Tab in Scenario per Object Type.
  4. Place the cursor on the entry for the SFSF_REQ tab.
  5. Deselect the Do Not Display checkbox.
