HRSFI_SFOBJ_FIELDSET - Assign SuccessFactors BizX Objects to Field Sets

In this activity, you assign objects, which you used the report Importing Metadata from SuccessFactors BizX (RH_SFI_SYNCH_METADATA)

to transfer from SuccessFactors BizX, to the field sets that you created in Customizing to map SuccessFactors BizX fields to SAP ERP fields. You use this assignment to define which field set you want to use for which SuccessFactors BizX object.

• You have used the report Importing Metadata from SuccessFactors BizX to transfer the objects of your choice from SuccessFactors BizX. For more information, see Importing Metadata from SuccessFactors BizX.

• In the Customizing system, you have created field sets and transported them to the system in which you perform this activity. For more information, see Mapping SuccessFactors BizX Fields and SAP ERP Fields to Each Other.

Perform this activity during live operations to update the assignments of SuccessFactors BizX objects to field sets. For example, this can be necessary if you have created and imported new SuccessFactors BizX objects.

Note

This activity is located in the user menu for the role SuccessFactors Integration: Recruiting (SAP_HR_SFI_RECRUITING).

Do not perform this activity in Customizing. In Customizing, use the activity Map SuccessFactors BizX Fields and SAP ERP Fields to Each Other instead.

1. You use the report Importing Metadata from SuccessFactors BizX to transfer ad hoc reports for recruiting from SuccessFactors BizX.
2. You assign the ad hoc report 3030 to the field set FS_01 and the ad hoc report 3031 to the field set FS_02.
3. You run the report Importing Recruiting Data from SFSF (RH_SFI_IMPORT_RECRUITING_DATA) and enter the ad hoc report 3030 on the selection screen.
4. The report Importing Recruiting Data from SFSF imports all data that you have defined with the field set FS_01.
