You can use this Customizing activity to schedule a report which determines manager changes for a particular employee. The report triggers the DRF replication and sends information to SAP Master Data Integration when there is a manager change. It then updates the manager determination table. For more information, see the report documentation for R_HRWFD_LOG_MGR_DETERMINATION.

Schedule the program as a job:

  1. Define a job using the name of the program (R_HRWFD_LOG_MGR_DETERMINATION) and the job (HRWFD_MGR_DETN_JOB_SCHED). Choose the required variant.
  2. Schedule the job as a periodic job.
  3. Save the job.
