HR_ECM_00_AD_007 - Define Compensation Programs

In this step, you group compensation plans into compensation programs. By assigning compensation plans to a combination of first and second compensation program groupings in infotype Compensation Program (0758), you control macro eligibility.

You must have performed the following activities:

• Define Compensation Plans

• Define First Compensation Program Groupings

• Define Second Compensation Program Groupings

The SAP System is shipped with a set of predefined compensation programs that you can change to meet your company-specific requirements.

Determine which compensation programs must be set up within your organization.

1. Select the relevant compensation area and groupings to restrict your selection.
2. Click New entries.
3. Specify a plan and delimit the record.
4. Save your entries.
5. Repeat the previously mentioned steps until you have included all plans.
