HR_ECM_00_AD_009 - Define Compensation Review Items

In this step, you define which compensation plans are included in a compensation review. A compensation review item, defined as a subtype of infotype Compensation Process (0759), is a unique combination of compensation plan and review. If you do not define any compensation review item for a given combination, the compensation plan cannot be processed under this review.

Compensation review 2003 includes a bonus plan, a salary adjustment and an LTI plan, which you have assigned to the compensation items Bonus review 2003, LTI review 2003 and Salary review 2003, respectively.

You must have defined compensation plans and reviews.

The SAP System is shipped with a set of predefined compensation review items that you can change to meet your company-specific requirements.

Recommendation

Determine any valid combinations that are required in your organization.

1. Choose New entries.
2. Enter a 4-character code and a description.
3. Select the relevant compensation plan and review(s).
4. Save your entries.
5. Repeat the previously mentioned steps for any further combinations.
