HR_ECM_00_AD_012 - Define Eligibility Groupings

In this step, you define groups of employees with common characteristics to determine whether or not they are eligible for a compensation plan.

To determine the eligibility for a compensation plan, you could define the following employee groupings:

• All employees

• Executive employees only

• Salaried employees only

• Hourly paid workers only

You must have:

• Set up the Personnel Administration and Organizational Management components successfully.

• Defined compensation areas and plans.

Determine the eligibility groupings that are required in your organization.

1. Select the relevant compensation area.
2. Choose New entries.
3. Enter a 4-character code and a description.
4. Save your entries.
5. Repeat the previously mentioned steps for any further groupings.
