HR_ECM_00_AD_F01 - Define Compensation Area Feature

In this step, you set the default compensation area for infotype Compensation Program (0758) by means of the relevant feature.

You may want to create a compensation area valid for Germany only (salary adjustments) and another one valid worldwide (LTI plan). In this case, only the first compensation area is suggested as a default value, whereas for the second one, you must create an entry manually.

The criteria used in the structure must reflect your previous customizing settings.

The SAP System is shipped with a sample structure that you can change to meet your company-specific requirements.

Determine which compensation areas are relevant for your organization.
