HR_ECM_00_AD_F06 - Define Second Compensation Program Grouping Feature

In this step, you set the default second compensation program grouping by means of the relevant feature.

You must have defined at least one compensation program grouping in the activity Define First Compensation Program Groupings.

The SAP System is shipped with a sample structure that you can change to meet your company-specific requirements.

Plan how to further group your employees.
