You execute this Customizing activity only if you use the calculation method Bottom-Up: Import from Personnel Cost Planning from the Customizing activity Specify Attributes for Each Budget Type and Year. You choose the cost items to be used for the budget type and budget period.

You have executed the Customizing activity Specify Attributes for Each Budget Type and Year.

You created the necessary cost items under Create Cost Items in Customizing for Personnel Cost Planning and Simulation.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Select the budget type and budget period, as well as the cost items to be used.
  3. Choose Save.
