HR_ECM_00_TC_002 - Select Wage Types for 'Pay' Category

In this step, you determine which wage types are to be included in the Bonus and Salary subcategories of the Pay category in the Total Compensation Statement. Using these wage types, the system calculates a total amount for the relevant category from the payroll results.

For the US, you could have the following wage types:

• Salary (M003)

• Supplemental payment (M004)

You have decided which subcategories are to be listed in the Pay category of the Total Compensation Statement and the wage types which are to be included in the subcategories.

The SAP standard delivery contains the subcategories Bonus and Salary.

1. Enter the relevant country grouping and subcategory to display the wage types assigned to the subcategory.
2. Make your changes if necessary.
