With this Customizing activity, you create a form grouping and specify for this grouping a PDF form for the total compensation statement or compensation review statement. The form grouping can be country-dependent and contains groups of employees with common attributes.

Example

The following form groupings can be defined for the country Germany:

  • All Employees
  • Managers Only
  • Salaried Employees Only
  • Hourly Workers Only
  • All Employees Over 50
  • Students

In addition, the total compensation statement, for example, should look different for salaried employees than for managers. To do this:

  • You define a form grouping consisting of these salaried employees and assign the corresponding PDF form for the total compensation statement.
  • You define a form grouping consisting of these managers and assign the corresponding PDF form for the total compensation statement.

Using the form grouping, you assign a PDF form for the total compensation statement or compensation review statement to the desired employees. You can specify a total compensation statement, compensation review statement, or both.

You can execute this Customizing activity if you do not want to use the Standard Form for the Total Compensation Statement.

Enter the form grouping, a descriptive text for the grouping, and the corresponding PDF form for the total compensation statement or compensation review statement.
