HR_ECM_UI_08 - Review and Send: Define Structure of Columns for Review Step

With this Customizing activity, you can create the relationship between a data source (a data field from compensation planning) to a data target (a column in the planning data table in the Review and Send step). Note the following:

• The settings apply to the planning process as well as the approval process.

• Data source for linking the data field on the user interface

You can do this using one of the following options:

• Field from the Compensation Process infotype (0759)

• Field from the customer-specific include for the Compensation Process infotype (0759)

• Internal SAP field

Any configuration for which you have not made a differing OADP entry in the Define Data View for Review and Completion Steps Customizing activity only has fields from the customer-specific include for the Compensation Process infotype (0759).

All of the aforementioned options are available for a configuration with a differing OADP entry in the Customizing activity Define Tab Settings. Relationships must be made for all columns defined in the relevant column group. Columns that are not already supplied by a function module and for which no relationship has been defined between a data source and data target are not supplied with data by the system.
