HR_ECM_UI_18 - Specify Number of Years for History

You use this Customizing activity to determine the number of years and number of data records that you want have displayed in the history. The history (can be a table or graph) is displayed on the user interfaces for Compensation Planning

The settings include:

• The history for the employee compensation profile (switch: HRECM XHIYR)

Example

You want 2 years to be included in the history for the employee compensation profile.

• The history for the number of data records in Compensation Planning for individual employees (switch HRECM XHIDR)

The system displays up to 10 compensation adjustments per compelnsation plan for the employee.

Example

In 2009, Mr. Braun had 2 compensation adjustments in the Bonus compensation plan.

The system shows both of these compensation adjustments in the history.

Enter the number of years or data records you require.
