This business add-in is used in component Payroll: Spain (PY-ES). Using this business add-in you can control the data proposed for the communications generated in report Certific@2 (RPCRT2E0).

The BADI_HR_ES_CRT2 interface is made up of the following methods:

  • Contribution data and Non-taken vacation data (SET_COTZ_DATA): this method allows to change the company certificate file, the contribution data for non-industrial risks and unemployment and the annual leave data paid but not taken.
  • Get leave and hiring periods of the employee (CESE) (GET_HIRE_FIRE_PERIODS_CESE): this method allows specifying the deregistration and registration dates of the employee in the company certificate file.
  • Changing the company data (SET_COMPANY_DATA): this method allows changing the standard data of tag <Datos_Empresa> in the company certificate files, activity periods and ERE procedures.
  • Change affected work center data (SET_PERE_CENTRO_TRAB_AFECT): this method allows you to change the standard data of the ERE procedure file, tag <Datos_Centro_Trabajo_Afectado>.
  • Change procedure data (SET_PERE_DATOS_PROC): this method allows you to change the standard data of the ERE procedure file, tag <Datos_Procedimiento>.
  • Change data of the suspension or reduction period (SET_PERE_PSUR_DATA): this method allows you to change the standard data of the ERE procedure file, tag <Periodo_SuspReduc>.
  • Apply rules to ERE procedure (APPLY_PERE_RULES): this method allows entering own rules for the ERE procedure file. If you wish, you can change the employee and the company data. You can also enter in the system the information for the reduction ERE procedure type.
