You use this Business Add-In (BAdI) in the Payroll India (PY-IN) component. You can use this BAdI to specify customer specific values for the following fields in the CST_KYC_UAN structure:

  • Document Type
  • Document Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Expiry Date
  • Physically Handicapped
  • Physical Handicap Category
  • Marital Status
  • Gender
  • International Worker
  • Establishment ID
  • Educational Qualification

You can use this BAdI to specify customer specific values for personnel details for the fields in (0002) and (0185) infotypes. Note that, if you have already maintained these values in master data, then the system overrides the details that you specify through this BAdI with the values maintained in the master data during processing.

This BAdI uses the IF_EX_HR_GET_KYC_UAN interface to do the same.

This BAdI has the method, GET_KYC_UAN, which the system uses to fetch the KYC details for UAN.

The BAdI has the following parameters:

Changing parameters:

  • CST_KYC_UAN- This parameter holds the fields for which customer specific values are passed

Import parameters:

  • ITB_P0004 - This parameter holds details of whether the employee is physically challenged, and if yes, the type of handicap as well (Visual, Hearing, and so on).

  • ITB_P0022 - This parameter holds the employee's educational details.

  • ITB_P0185- This parameter holds the employee's personal IDs.

  • IFD_BEGDA - This parameter holds the date from which the system should process the details

  • IFD_ENDDA- This parameter holds the date till which the system should process the details

  • IFD_PERNR - This parameter holds the personnel number of the employee for whom the system must process these details.

  • ITB_P0587- This parameter holds the provident fund details of the employee
