HR_LSO_AC_CT_ELER - Display Access Counter and Completion Time for an E-Learning

Using this Customizing activity, you can hide the access counter and completion time details for e-learnings in the Learner Portal. You can also choose not to store these details in the database.

The following entries are available:

  • R3WBT ACCTR: Use this option if you do not want to store the access counter details in the database.
  • R3WBT HACTR: Use this option if you do not want to display the access counter details in the learner portal but want to store them in the database.
  • R3WBT HTIME: Use this option if you do not want to display the completion time details in the learner portal but want to store them in the database.
  • R3WBT TIMSP: Use this option if you do not want to store the completion time details in the database.

The following settings are available:

  • R3WBT ACCTR/ R3WBT HACTR/ R3WBT HTIME/ R3WBT TIMSP = 'X'
The above features are enabled.
  • R3WBT ACCTR/ R3WBT HACTR/ R3WBT HTIME/ R3WBT TIMSP = ' '
The above features are disabled. By default, the fields are blank.

Note: If you choose not to store the access counter or time spent details in the database, the checks for the Allowed No. of Access or Max. Completion Time (Infotype 5008) will not be successful. The participant will be able to access the e-learning any number of times with no limit on the duration for completing the course.
