HR_LSO_M1C1D2A3 - Define Number Ranges for External Operations

Use

In this step, you set up a number range interval 01 for the reference document (number range object HRTEM_REFN) for the external operations listed below.

• Billing and activity allocation of courses in Cost Accounting (CO) and Sales and Distribution (SD)

• Material requisition in Materials Management (MM)

Activities

To define number ranges for external operations in Training Management:

1. On the initial screen, choose Change Intervals.
2. On the data screen that appears, choose Insert Interval.
3. Create the number range interval 01.
4. Enter the start and end values for the course participation documents in the number range interval 01. (For example, 20 00 00 00 00 to 29 99 99 99 99).
5. Save your entries.

The SAP system only does reporting for number range interval 01.
