With the document areas (see Maintenance of the Document Area) you can define if the corresponding documents should be indexed. This creates a fulltext search for all the documents of a document area.

  1. Execute the activity.
  2. You now have the following options:
  • You can change the activation flag and the description of existing entries.

  • You can add new entries.

  • You can copy and change existing entries.

  • You can delete existing entries.

  • You can revoke your changes.

Choose the corresponding symbol to execute the required activity.
  1. Save your entries.
