This IMG activity takes you to the Print Workbench. Request-based correspondence uses this tool both for form layout and document output purposes.
Integration with the Print Workbench is realized by means of correspondence types, to which form classes and application forms are assigned. Form classes enable access to application data using text variables from SAP Learning Solution. Application forms are based on form classes. They present the data.
If you want to create customer forms or adjust forms in the standard system to suit your requirements (for example, change the layout or integrate a company logo), you must change the application forms using the tools of the Print Workbench. However, if you want to display new data in an application form, you must first enable access to the data using text variables in the relevant form class of the application form before you can adjust the application form.
You must first work through the following IMG activities:
The SAP standard system contains forms that you can use as examples or as templates from which to copy customer forms.

Work through the required activities to adjust the form to your layout requirements or to output the created documents.
