HR_PAD_JP_SHUADM_006 - Define Shukko Cost Charging Rules

In this step, you set up Shukko Cost Charging Rules, which contains assigned wage type group and characteristics of cost charging for each wage type group.

You have set up wage type group and prorating rules.

Define Name and Currency of Cost Charging Rule.

Include necessary Wagetype Grouping to Cost Charging Rule.

Define Cost Charging Rule Characteristics of each Wagetype Grouping.

You can set up Cost Charging Rule which contains 90% of Basic pay and 100% of SI and 10,000 JPY Overtime allowance.
