In this Customizing activity, you design Human Resources forms (such as the remuneration statement) using the HR Forms Workplace and proceed as follows:

  1. You select data using the Forms Workplace. Within the Workplace, data from Human Resources is displayed as a catalog (MetaNet).
  2. Within the Workplace, you determine the layout of the form using the Form Builder or SAP Smart Forms.
The Form Builder is recommended for designing forms in the SAP standard system.
  1. You activate the HR form.
  2. You test the print program to ensure that all values are retrieved correctly for the form.
  3. You start printing the form using the Forms Workplace.

For information about the HR Forms Workplace, access SAP Library and choose Human Resources -> HR Tools -> HR Forms Workplace.
