HR_PA_CN_TERM_004 - Define Actions

In this Customizing activity, you define the actions that were taken by the company before the contract termination.

The existence of certain issues can cause an employee to become a candidate for labor contract termination. To prevent such candidates from being fired, the company takes different actions regarding different issues.

These actions are in use on the Actions Taken tab page on the screen of the Contract Termination (3224) infotype, subtype Early Revocation.

• You have defined the termination groups in Customizing for Personnel Managementunder Personnel Administration -> Contractual and Corporate Agreements -> China-Specific Settings -> Termination -> Define Termination Groups

• You have defined the termination reasons in Customizing for Personnel Managementunder Personnel Administration -> Contractual and Corporate Agreements -> China-Specific Settings -> Termination -> Define Termination Reasons

In the standard solution, you can only define the actions for the Early Revocation termination group.
