HR_PBS_00_11_1_1 - Assign status values to your Status Group

In this step you assign the Status values to a Status Grouping defined earlier in a meaningful sequence.

For example Status Grouping for a reporting related Sub Process Scenario could be -

- New

- In Process

- Printed

- Approved, etc..

- Assign the Status values to a Status Group

- The Status Group will be later assigned to a Process Scenario or Sub Process Scenario.

The same Status Group can be used in different Sub Process Scenarios/ Process Scenarios if needed.

Ensure that the sequence you specify for The Status in the Status Group is correct, as this will be used in Business Rules & Process Status Flow Rules specifications
