Here you define a Grouping for Process Tasks. The Process Tasks have been defined in the earlier step. The Grouping helps you configure the Process Tasks which you want to display in a Sub Process Scenario based on User grouping.

An example of Grouping for Process Tasks could be, in Sub Process Scenario: Master Data Changes, the Grouping for Process Tasks could be: - Changes affecting Pension Calculation

- Personal data Changes

for User A and

for User B only

- Personal data changes

_ Define Grouping for Process Tasks

- In the subsequent step the Process Taks will be assigned to this Grouping for Process Tasks.
