HR_PBS_00_24_1_1 - Specify details of your Process Scenario

A Business Scenario may have several Process Scenarios associated with it. Out of this one of them may be categorized as a 'Basic Process Scenario'.

In this step you will be enumerating all the Process Scenarios in your Business Scenario and indicating which is the 'Basic' Process Scenario.

For example in case of Business Scenario - Pension Administration, the Process Scenarios could be -

- Basic Pension Assessment

- Adjustment Assessment due to change in salary data

- Adjustment Assessment due to change in seniority calculation, etc..

In the above case 'Basic Pension Assessment' would be the 'Basic' Process Scenario.

The 'Basic' Process Scenario would be used to display the default Sub Process Scenario Grouping in PWE in the absence of a Business Scenario management infotype record for the employee.

- List all Process Scenarios in your Business Scenario and indicate the Basic Process Scenario.
