You use this activity to define the calculation types that you can use in the sub process scenario ‘Severance Pay Calculation’.

Define the calculation types you require and assign each of them to an internal key, which the system then uses to recognize if this is an initial calculation or a retroactive calculation.

You can enter the calculation types “Initial Calculation” and “Retroactive Calculation”. The initial calculation is used for the calculation of the severance pay when changing public sector employer. The retroactive calculation can be used for a correction, for example, if the new employer calculates a different severance pay amount.

To create a retroactive calculation, you have to create a reference to an initial calculation or to a retroactive calculation that has already been made. carried out.
