HR_PBS_00_WB_INIT_1 - BAdI: Choose Process Scenario for Processing

You can use the BAdI HRPBS00PWE to control process scenario selection when you call pension administration, which makes the function more user-friendly. If there is only one process scenario with the status "new" or "in process" for a personnel case, this scenario is loaded and there is no need for further selection from the list of scenarios.

Create an implementation for the BAdI, in which you select a record from the transferred table IT_0716 and fill the export parameter P0716.

The implementation HRPBSDEPWE_PROC_SCEN, which is inactive in the standard delivery, selects a scenario from the available process scenarios depending on the the transaction called and on the status. For transaction HRPBSDEVA (Versorgungsadministration für den Sachbearbeiter), for example, all scenarios with the status "completed" or "released" are not taken into account, and the first of the remaining scenarios is selected – based on sorting according to the key of structure PS0716. For transaction HRPBSDEVA_PRUEFER (Versorgungsadministration für den Prüfer), the first scenario with the status "in process" is selected.
