In this Customizing activity, you control how the status is changed to a new overall status, based on the substatus of a sub process scenario and the previous overall status of the process scenario.

| Sub process scenario: | VAP1 (Prepare check) |
| New substatus: | SCHK (For checking) |
| Previous overall status: | SINP (In process) |
| Valid from: | 01/01/2002 |
| Valid to: | 12/31/9999 |
| New overall status: | SCHK (For checking) |
This setting converts the overall status from In process to For checking if the sub process scenario sets the substatus to For checking.
