HR_PBS_01_VG_SEN_05 - Assign Selection Classes to Collective Selection Classes

You use this activity to assign selection classes to collective selection classes. The maximum values for these collective selection classes are used, for example, to map the following requirements:

o Study periods are calculated up to a maximum of three years.

o International employee assignments abroad (including study periods) are calculated for up to five years.

You use the collective selection classes 120S, 120G, and 126S to map the different maximum values. With these collective selection classes, different maximum values are possible for multiple selection classes. You then enter the relevant maximum value to be used when you assign the collective selection class to the corresponding valuation model. For more information, see Notes 812238 and 1127931.
