HR_PBS_01_VG_VA_VLT3 - Assign Notifications

In this Customizing activity, you assign your customer-specific notifications for the communication of changes to pension-relevant circumstances and for depicting the reimbursement in accordance with §10 German treaty on sharing of pension costs (Versorgungslastenteilungs-Staatsvertrag).

You have copied the delivered PDF-based sample forms HR_DE_PBS_VA_VLTSV_P10 (Communication of Pension-Relevant Circumstances According to §10 VersStaatsV) and HR_DE_PBS_VA_VLTSV_P10_ERST (Reimbursements §10 VersStaatsV Ceding Employer) to your customer-specific notifications.

Create entries with the assignment to your system form names for the print form group HR_DE_VAER (Grouping PAdm and Reimbursements) for the logical form names HR_DE_VLTSV_P10 (Change Notification for Reimbursements VLTSV Sec.10) and HR_DE_VLTSV_P10_ERST (Reimbursement Calculation Acc. to §10 VLTSV Ceding Employer).
