HR_VADM_NO_003_001 - Assignment of Form and Class to the Notifications

Each notification can have different layout and data requirement. Hence each Notification is assigned to a specific Smart form Name (to provide the layout) and the CLass Name (responsible to get the data for the Notification).

Assign the specific Form Name and the Class Name to a Particular Notification. It should be date dependent to take care if the form changes with the date.
