In this IMG activity, you activate the flexiblehazardous substance check. When hazardous substances are put away, the system checks the hazardous goods master.

You have defined the Hazardous Substance Master in Customizing.

In the following IMG activities, you define the settings for the flexible hazardous substance check:

• Assign Countries and Regions to Warehouse Numbers

• Define Check Schemas and Check Methods

• Assign Check Schemas in Warehouse Management

• Define Segregation Rules and Regulations

In Customizing for Logistics Execution:

• Define Storage Classes

• Activate Hazardous Material Management
