ICA_ACTFLOW - Enable Flexible Workflow

The standard workflows delivered by SAP need to be activated for use.

You need to perform the following three steps in the respective Customizing activity in your front-end system:

1. Activate Workflow Scenario:

Make sure that the workflow scenarios WS78500087, WS78500026, WS78500027 exist and the Active checkbox is selected.

1. Define Scenario for Task Gateway Service:

Make sure that the inbox scenarios ICAWS0 and ICAWS1exist. If not, create it by referring to the settings available in the system client 000.

Note for each scenario, you must go to the Task Definition for Scenariosubpage to adapt the SAP system aliasesto your own back-end system for each task type. The system aliases have the software version /IWPGW/BWF. For information about how to define a system alias, see Manage SAP System Aliases.

1. Maintain Task Names and Decision Options:

Make sure that the WS78500087, WS78500026, WS78500027 workflows exist. If not, create it by referring to the settings in the system client 000.
