ICL_VC_ICLE_CRBPPROR - Configure Role Profiles
General Material Data General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Use
In this Customizing activity you define role profiles. Role profiles bundle performer roles into groups that are relevant for claim bundle processing.
Requirements
You can only assign those performer roles to a performer profile that you have already defined in Customizing activity Define Performer Roles.
Standard settings
Activities
Define the required profiles by entering an ID and a name for the profile. Select the profile, choose Assignment Role → Profile, and assign one or several roles.
Configure the assigned roles with the attributes that are available so that the roles in claim bundle processing behave differently. You can assign the attributes individually or combined. The attributes have the following meaning:
Performer assignment is mandatory
In claims processing, a performer must be assigned to this role. The assignment can also be done automatically through early or later performer determination. If no performer has been assigned when the user saves, the system uses the performer for nonassignable tasks.
Performer for nonassignable tasks
The performer in this role is assigned all tasks for which no other performer was found when the user saved. The attribute must be assigned just once per role profile. Within a claim, different roles can be given this indicator at claim level or subclaim level. The assignment of performers for such roles is always mandatory.
Confirmation upon change of performer
With roles with this attribute, any manual changes made to the assigned performer must be confirmed explicitly by the user wishing to make the change. This is to avoid changes being made by mistake.
Object type of performer
If you leave this field blank, the system assigns the standard object type defined in Customizing activity Define Permitted Object Types of Performer to the performer role during claims processing.
However, you can assign another permitted object type to the performer role. If you do so, the standard object type is then overridden.
