ICMBPANONYMIZE - Anonymize Persons

In this activity you define the fields that you want to anonymize.

In the instructions below, Field Name refers to the technical name of the field that you wish to anonymize for a person.

Field Value refers to the value that you define for the field name, which will be stored and displayed after anonymizing the person.

You can refine and extend this functionality using BADI CRM_ICM_BP_ANONIMIZE.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter the technical name of the field or fields that you wish to anonymize.

Note: You can find out the technical name of the field your require by selecting the field on the UI in edit mode and choosing F2. The technical name is displayed in the Design Layer section under Attribute.

1. Enter the value that should be stored for this field. This value will be displayed after the anonymization report ,,has been run.

You want to anonymize the first name of person as XXXX after the anonymizing date that is maintained in the Administration Assignmentblock.

1. Open the Anonymize Persons activity and choose New Entries.
2. Under Field Name, enter the technical name of the first name field - in this case it is FIRSTNAME.
3. Under Field Value, enter the value XXXX.
