IFW_V_UI_CUST - ABAP Classes for IFW Report

This Customizing activity allows you to flexibly configure ABAP classes, which are used to execute the IFW report. Two main classes are needed:

• The control class that contains all settings for the UI, such as sorting, the fields to be displayed, buttons, headers, and so on.

• The model class that controls how the IFW data is supplied to the UI, that is, which data (tables,fields) is read from the database, and how data is merged and handed over to the UI control class.

Both classes can be configured depending on the root document type. This means that the handing and behavior of the IFW Report in total can be different for each root document type. For the UI control class, the general ABAP class CL_IFW_CONTROLS and trading contract-specific ABAP class CL_WB2_IFW_CONTROLS are delivered. For the model class, only general ABAP class CL_IFW_MODEL is available.
