IHS_ACT_010_10 - Specify Roles for Persons Involved

In this IMG activity you specify which roles the various persons can assume in an event or as a contact.

The following settings are obligatory for events and can be added to but not changed:

• Person affected

• Eye witness

1. Add new entries to the list if necessary.
2. Assign each role a unique key.
3. Define restrictions for the roles if necessary.

For example, you can exclude the person affected for contacts in the work area.

This IMG activity is also used in Customizing for the EH&S component Occupational Health. You should therefore match up your settings as necessary.
