In this Customizing activity you specify the ratings for agents that you assign in risk assessment or in the exposure profile.

Making the settings includes the following processing steps:

Specify Exposure Ratings

Check the standard settings and change them if necessary or create additional ratings. For each new rating, assign a unique key. Using the sort sequence, specify the sequence of risk ratings, where 1 is the highest risk rating.

Specify Exposure Rating Categories

The rating category is used to specify the context in which the ratings are used, for example, analysis method, main rating, exposure profile.

For each of the analysis methods included in the standard shipment (questionnaire, measured value-reference value comparison, standardized criteria, and summated rating), a rating category with the same name as the method has been set as the default. Do not delete these entries.

The rating category General (GEN) is also predefined and must not be removed. It is needed in the exposure profile to specify the rating, and to specify the main rating, the value assignment after check, and to create the risk matrix in risk assessment.

If you want to use other analysis methods in addition to those shipped with the standard system, create a rating category for each additional analysis method.

Assign Exposure Ratings to Categories

Standard settings are delivered. Check them and make any changes you require. Note the documentation for the columns Value assignment of rating and Threshold and change the descriptions of the ratings if you wish.

Assign the ratings you have created the rating categories in which they are to be used and assign a description for each rating.

Note:

You can assign the same rating to a number of rating categories and enter different descriptions for each assignment.
