SAP E-Book

With this IMG activity you can display which default system statuses and user statuses exist for the object types in Industrial Hygiene and Safety and in the injury/illness log in the Occupational Health component. You will require this information to process the IMG activity Check and Extend Status Profiles.

User status keys start with the letter "E" (for example, E0007); system status keys start with the letter "I" (for example, I0439).

The system and user statuses for each object type form a status network. Below are examples of the status networks delivered for Industrial Hygiene and Safety.

If necessary, switch your display mode to the modal dialog box by choosing Help -> Settings.

For more information on the status networks, see the documentation for the individual components in the SAP Library for Industrial Hygiene and Safety.

Several statuses can serve as the final status for a measurement (RE, IC, MISM, NOME, and PTME). These can be reset to MERR. From here you can reset the status from RE via the individual user statuses back to CR. From status HI you cannot reset the status.
When resetting the status from RE to MERR, the system checks whether the log sheet is released. If it is, the release of the log sheet is canceled and a message to this effect is displayed.
