Use

In this IMG activity, you can assign fields that have values assigned in the form of a phrase set their own phrase sets, depending on the object subtype. This is possible for the following fields:

Field name Description   Use
DMTYPE Type of damage   IAL
INJURY Injury type   AFP, FAL
BODYPART Body part   AFP, FAL
PROTECT Protection goal   SAM

You can make the setting for the object types Data on person affected (AFP), Injury/illness log entry (FAL), Incident/accident log entry (IAL), and Safety measures (SAM). The setting is not possible for the Work area (WA).

Standard settings

Your settings override the assignments you made in the phrase set-to-attribute assignment. See Create Phrase Sets.

If you do not edit the activity, the phrase sets you entered in the phrase set-to-attribute assignment will be used.

The fields listed above correspond to the following table entries in the phrase set-to-attribute assignment:

Table Field name Description
CCIHT_IAL DMTYPE Type of damage
CCIHT_IPEVINJ INJURY Injury type
CCIHT_IPEVINJ BODYPART Body part
CCIHT_ACH PROTECTGOAL Protection goal

Requirements

  1. You have created the respective object subtypes and safety measure categories in Customizing. See, for example:

Activities

The activity includes two processing steps:

  1. Specify the object subtypes for which special phrase sets are to be assigned -> Object Type - Object Subtype Assignment
  2. Assignment of the required phrase set to the respective field -> Object Type - Object Subtype - Phrase Set Assignment

When editing, make use of the input help.
