IMPL_ASSIGN_TECH - Implementation: Assign Technician

You can use this enhancement implementation to define the way in which a technician is selected for an order operation. This requires data to be obtained from the SAP Human Resources (HR) application component. The implementation is used when an order is created using the Create Emergency Repair Order service (WebDynpro application IST_NLM_SE_CREATE_ORDER).

The enhancement implementation must be implemented, since the F4 Help for the technician personnel number and a button for assigning the technician automatically will not otherwise work.
