INHERIT_CASE - Define Authorization Inheritance for Cases

In this activity you define whether or not the Hidden Flag, Security Leveland Employee Responsible of the staff and units of a case should be inherited by all related entities of the case.

To ensure that the Hidden Flag, Security Leveland Employee Responsible of the staff and units of a case is inherited by all those entities related to the case, do the following:

1. Open the activity.
2. Check the Inherited case authorization box and save.

Caution:

Once this inheritance is set, these attributes are inherited by all related entities of a case for each value. This means that the original attributes for the Hidden Flag, Security Level, and Employee Responsible will be overwritten. The result is that, for example, a non-hidden case would cause all related entities to become visible, even if they were previously set to Hidden.
