ISHMED_APP_BADI_CHK - Exit: Checking an Appointment

The SAP enhancement SAPLN1TD offers the possibility of implementing additional checks when entering, changing, or planning an appointment.

The execution of the function exit is independent of the editing process within which an appointment is created. It is particularly independent of whether you intend to use an interface for appointment processing and, if so , which interface.

The function exit is always executed when IS-H*MED checks whether it is possible to create or change an appointment. If the exit judges that the appointment is defective, it can create a message for the user and prevent saving.

As standard, the system will execute all checks which are necessary to ensure the consistency of the appointment data.

When you execute the activity you will receive the project management of SAP enhancements screen (transaction CMOD). If necessary, create a new project and assign this to the enhancement SAPLN1TD.

You are planning visit appointments for an outpatient clinic. You are planning appointments for a maximum of three weeks in advance. When creating the appointment, you check whether the appointment entered or selected in the planning grid, lies within the next three weeks.
